● TORQUE CONTROL LED VARIATOR SET V.2019
(PCX125/150 LED & DIGITAL / AIR BLADE 125 LED - LEAD125 LED)
● The 2019 LED version of the Torque Control Variator comes with 10gr roller weights, which is heavier compared to the 8 gr roller weights from the 2016 generation Torque Control Variator.
The 2019 LED version comes also with a longer then stock drive boss to improve acceleration and torque in the mid range area which is perfect for city use.
The variator has a 6.95mm larger/wider variator diameter compared to the 2016 non-LED edition version which makes that the 2019 LED edition is herewith able to make a higher top speed without installing a heavier gear sprocket combination.
If you drive a lot on the motorway then we would recommend to install the stock drive boss of your LED125 or 150.
The larger diameter LED version 2019 is perfect for anyone with a 164cc kit or more installed.
The absolute minimum is a stock 150 PCX LED.
If you have a stock 125cc then we would recommend to install the V.2016 variator.

● "Horsepower sells cars, Torque wins races", as put by Caroll Shelby shows the importance of Torque in engine performance is sometimes overshadowed by the Horsepower craze and at Yuminashi we understand that Torque is of utmost importance. This is even more pronounced with the very headwind sensitive Honda eSP engines. Based on this foundation, Yuminashi has introduced the Torque Control Variator series in order to help you gain even more acceleration and top speed along with a more comfortable ride since this Variator inherits and improves on the great features introduced by our previous Variators. This focus on the Torque side will benefit greatly the riders that weight 200lbs (90kg) or more.

**The rollers should be checked/changed every 1600km/1000 miles (per maintenance schedule) to keep your scooter running at peak performance. Over time, roller weights will develop flat spots which will impair the performance of your scooter. One will have this sooner as others and this based on the performance of your engine and your personal drive style. If you spend a lot of time on top speed then this will demand a lot more from both, your roller weights and your V-Belt, so both will need to be replaced sooner in this case as if it would be the case for someone with a more moderate drive style.
A good indication that your rollers are worn is increasingly high revs for a given speed and/or decreased top speed.
Replacing worn rollers with this set will restore, and actually improve your low-end power and especially your top speed. Fuel efficiency will also improve dramatically!
