● Amazingly high grade Billet CNC Aluminium #6061 YUMINASHI ALPHA Super Bore Crankcase set which comes with an amazing price tag, and available with 2 different part numbers/price quotations for the 125cc engine types.

※ Part number 11150-KPH-ALP (LINK) doesn't come with the cam chain tensioner parts in the set, part number 11150-K26-ALP has these parts included in the set.

● A empty crankcase set with exactly the same billet material, and without any additional parts in the set retails in the US for $1,495.00 (1.320€)  

● The whole idea/approach of this billet aluminium crankcase set, is to allow you to create a super bored- and stroked up engine, as reliable as possible, and this on the 125cc platform.

● The design includes a much stronger shaft housing for the starter Reduction Gear, and the distortion of the crankshaft housing is reduced through increasing the material thickness.

● This wall thickness of the billet aluminium material in these crankcases is almost 2.5 times thicker as the stock crankcases, and this to avoid twisting, torsing, and breaking/cracking as you see many times on high power Chinese pit bikes...

● This YUMINASHI ALPHA crankcase set makes it possible for you to create an engine from 125cc until 300, and to use a stroke with is maximum 14mm longer as stock/original.

● The depth is 31mm and the bore diameter in the crankcase is 77.8mm which allows you to install many cylinder/piston sizes varying from stock up to 73.5mm as is. 

※ NOT POSSIBLE TO INSTALL THE 2013 AND MORE RECENT STOCK CYLINDER BLOCK & CAM CHAIN TENSIONER!
