● This is the exclusive Yuminashi Edition Morin 4-Row Oil Cooler Set (15600-K26-000X). It features a completely blacked-out aesthetic and comes standard with a protective mesh guard to prevent fin damage from road and track debris. By drastically lowering your oil temperatures, this system maintains crucial oil viscosity, prevents the thermal breakdown that leads to piston scuffing, and severely reduces the risk of pre-ignition (detonation) under heavy load.

● HOW THE OIL ROUTING WORKS
Instead of relying on generic sandwich plates that can restrict flow, this system smartly taps directly into the engine's primary oil gallery to guarantee maximum flow rate to the top end:

• The Feed (Machined Cylinder Stud): The kit includes a specialized, custom-machined cylinder stud bolt that replaces one of your OEM cylinder studs. This stud is uniquely profiled with a machined groove located in the cylinder head area. As the oil pump pushes oil up alongside the stud, the groove intercepts the flow, forcing the oil up and out through the top of the stud bolt. From there, it enters the stainless-steel braided feed hose and travels directly to the oil cooler.

• The Return (CNC Tappet Cover): After the oil passes through the 4-row cooling core to shed extreme heat, it is fed back into the engine via the supplied CNC-machined valve tappet cover. This ensures a continuous supply of highly cooled oil is dumped directly over the camshaft and rocker arms, actively protecting the highest-friction components in your cylinder head.

● MOUNTING & PLACEMENT
The system is designed for a clean, direct fit. The included heavy-duty mounting bracket installs exactly where the OEM air filter box is normally located, requiring you to replace the factory airbox. This position ensures the 4-row core is placed directly behind the front wheel to receive maximum unobstructed airflow.

● ENGINEER'S NOTE — INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE:

System Capacity: Because you are introducing external volume to the oil system, you must increase your engine oil capacity. Add approximately 90cc of additional high-quality engine oil on top of your factory fill level to compensate for the volume of the 4-row cooler core and the braided lines.

Flow Verification: After installation, start the engine and let it idle. Feel the oil cooler core with your bare hand; it should become warm to the touch within a few minutes. This verifies that the oil pump is successfully routing oil through the new circuit and back into the cylinder head.
