● If you have selected the 35mm FORZA300 large throttle body type for your tune (which is called by Kitaco "34mm throttle body 403-1432100"), and you installed larger valves in your head, then the next thing to do is to select the right manifold to connect the throttle body with the head, which can be a challenge...

Choosing the “right” intake manifold for an engine is just as important as choosing the right camshaft, cylinder head and compression ratio since all of these components have to complement one another and work in harmony together otherwise the engine will never realize its true power potential.

● The Yuminashi Type-2B manifold is mentioned to be used with the B-type injectors (this is your stock injector type) which we have available in different flow/minute sizes (LINK).
This specific 17110-K26-35FB manifold has a insulator rubber which can be used for the 35mm Forza300 throttle body with the large Gen.1,  5-pin connector sensor block on the side, and this manifold is plug & play ready to be installed on a head with a 25mm intake port (0.984251969 inches).
※ If your stock throttle body is using a 3-pin connector, then you need to install the Gen.1 5-pin to 3-pin wire loom (LINK).

● The exact diameter of the Type-2B manifold at the cylinder head side is 25mm (0.984251969 inches), the Type-2B manifold at the throttle body side is 34mm (1.33858268 inches) and the maximum id to be machined is 35mm (1.37795276 inches) which we actually don't recommend to do so.

The short TYPE-2B manifold has been designed with horsepower in mind, and to create possibilities for the engine tuner such as deciding if you want to have the injector installed in the manifold (stock style), or in the throttle body.

● The B-type injector joint, which comes with the set, makes it easy to install the stock B-type injector on this manifold.

※ The insulator rubber on this manifold is slightly shorter compared to the stock Forza300 rubber, which allows you to install the throttle body on the manifold rubber as it is without an issue, and also to machine 6mm off the throttle body to make it shorter, more compact to install it on your 110/125 engine/bike.   

※ Keep in mind that this manifold set is a B-type manifold mentioned for a B-type injector.
If your bike is produced before 2013, then there is a big chance you will have a A-type manifold and injector installed.

※ Keep also in mind that the larger injector for the Forza300 throttle body will need a non restricted high flow fuel line hose, which you can see at this page (LINK).
