● If you are talking "Super Bore", then this 39mm throttle body and manifold set allows you to open the door to the next level.

● The beauty of this set is that it comes with 2 injector joints, which allows you to install the B-type injector, which is your stock injector type, in the manifold and in the throttle body without any wire loom needed...
With the second injector joint you are able to install a Denso injector, which is the stock injector type from a CBR250R/CBR300R - CRF250/300L etc
(You will need a wire loom to connect the Denso injector to your stock wiring harness (LINK)).

● The black sealing pin in the set is mentioned to close the hole in the manifold if you install a B-type or Denso injector in the throttle body.
※ The black sealing pin need to be installed in the manifold with some Loctite because it would be too loose, and the pin would jump out without Loctite. 

● This throttle body is the Yuminashi CBR/CRF Type-2 throttle body which has the flat, horizontal Stainless Steel throttle cable bracket installed (LINK) which makes this large throttle body very compact and perfect actually to be used on small bikes and scooters.  

※ The flat, horizontal Stainless Steel throttle cable bracket can only be installed with 1 throttle cable, if you however want 2 throttle cables, then this is perfectly possible if you install the stock CBR250R bracket 16169-MFR-671.
If you install the injector on top of the throttle body it will improve the air/fuel mixture because the high speed airflow has more time to merge properly with the injected fuel, and while doing so it creates also a cooling effect on the manifold which opens again a door for a power increase.

● This 39mm throttle body & manifold set 16400-K26-039S includes also a 5-pin to 3-pin wiring loom, to make it possible to install/connect the 5-pin TP sensor block, to your stock 3-pin wiring harness connector.

● The manual IACV valve allows you to adjust and set your idle speed manually in a very easy way.
※ The color of the IACV valve will usually be gold, but it can be different as the one illustrated on the picture... 


● SOME MANIFOLD DETAILS:

● The inner diameter of the 37/39mm manifold at the intake port side is 30mm (1.18110236 inches).

● The manifold diameter at the throttle body side is 34mm (1.33858268 inches) and this can perfectly be machined until 39mm (1.53543307 inches) to install the 39mm throttle body which is the absolute limit for this manifold. 

● The insulator/rubber of the 37/39mm manifold is plug & play ready to accept and install the 39mm and 39mm throttle body.

※ The diameter in the insulator plate need to be enlarged based on the diameter from the intake port you are using for your tune.
