Choosing the “right” intake manifold for an engine is just as important as choosing the right camshaft, cylinder head and compression ratio.
All of these components have to complement one another and work in harmony together otherwise the engine will never realize its true power potential.

● The B-Type YUMINASHI 37/39mm manifold is plug & play ready to be installed on a 30mm (1.18110236 inches) intake port in combination with our 37mm throttle body (LINK), or our CBR250R 39.4mm throttle body (LINK) which gives you also the possibility to install a Denso injector in the throttle body if you are installing the optional Denso injector joint (LINK).
This means that this manifold set opens the door to the next level, which is installing our Super Bore 15mm pin pistons and connecting rod sets, possibly together with our stroker parts available at our website...

● The inner diameter of the YUMINASHI TYPE-3 manifold at the intake port side is 30mm (1.18110236 inches).

● The Type-3B manifold at throttle body side is 34mm (1.33858268 inches) and can perfectly be machined until 37mm (1.45669291 inches) to install our 37mm throttle body (LINK), or even the 39.4mm (1.5511811) throttle body where 39mm (1.53543307 inches) is about the absolute limit where you can go for with this manifold.

● The insulator/rubber of the 37/39mm manifold is plug & play ready to accept and install the 37mm and 39mm CBR250R throttle body.

※ Most bikes produced from 2013 and onward have a B-type injector (LINK) installed as standard, but please do check if you have actually a A-type or B-type injector as standard installed before you order the B-type to Denso wire loom...
※ If you install a CBR250R throttle body, then we recommend you to install the B-Type injector joint (which comes with this set) in the CBR250R throttle body, and to close the injector hole in the manifold with the black plug which comes also in the set (need to use some Loctite to install and hold the plug)...
