● YUMINASHI SPEED CONTROL STAGE-1 VARIATOR SET (NAVI110 | ACTIVA110) (22110-KWP-SC1)

● YUMINASHI has a great reputation if it comes to performance variator sets, and this very complete STAGE-1 SPEED CONTROL VARIATOR for NAVI110 and ACTIVA110 is truly amazing for the stock bike since it covers an upgrade for both the variator and the clutch.

● The movable drive in this STAGE-1 variator set is intended to replace the stock HONDA #22110-KWP-D00 movable drive, and to work in combination with your stock HONDA #22102-KWP-D00 hard metal drive face to improve both acceleration and top speed.

● The outer diameter from the YUMINASHI movable drive is 107.7mm, which is 1.8mm larger compared to the stock 105.9mm stock #22110-KWP-D00 movable drive.
The variator set is CNC machined to ensure a well balanced result for each and every variator set produced.

● The set includes 6 pieces of the smaller than stock 12gr PAYU roller weights (LINK) (Ø18x14mm instead of stock Ø20x15mm roller weights).

● This set comes with the Throttle Response Enhancer (TRE) (LINK) and the 10KG. force clutch springs set (3pcs/set) in the package to upgrade your clutch, and to get rid of the huge drop in RPM's if you open the throttle from a stand still, or low speed driving position. ※ Highly recommended to use the 07GMA-KS40100R | CLUTCH WRENCH SOCKET 39x41 (LINK).

● The 2 M6X16MM Flat black stainless hexagon bolts | 95701-06016-FS (LINK) are intended to replace the 2 stock M6x16mm bolts behind the variator.

● YUMINASHI STAGE DIFFERENCES:

※ This Stage-1 SPEED CONTROL VARIATOR SET #22110-KWP-SC1 is recommend for everyone with a full stock 110cc bike.

※ The Stage-2 SPEED CONTROL VARIATOR #22110-KWP-SC2 is recommend to be installed on a modified 110cc bike with the YUMINASHI SS240 SUPER SPORT CAMSHAFT (LINK) and a larger carburettor, top speed from this variator is higher compared to Stage-1.

※ The Stage-3 SPEED CONTROL VARIATOR #22110-KWP-SC3 is the fastest variator on the market for NAVI110 and is recommend to be installed on a big bore kit with the YUMINASHI SS240 SUPER SPORT CAMSHAFT (LINK) and a larger carburettor.

● Optional 8 Gram (LINK), 9 Gram (LINK) and 10 Gram (LINK) Ø18x14mm roller weights are available to make the variator adjust/work based on your personal body weight.
