YUMINASHI SPECIAL TUNING PARTS FOR HONDA XRE300

Since 2010, the Honda XRE 300 has undergone three major model changes or generational updates, including its recent complete replacement by the XRE 300 Sahara in 2024.

Timeline of Major Updates
  • 1st Series (2009–2014): The original model featured a 291cc DOHC engine and a digital dashboard. Early versions faced some reliability issues regarding the cylinder head.
  • 2nd Series (2015–2018): Introduced significant technical improvements, including an enhanced PGM-FI fuel injection system, new viscous air filter technology, and an iridium spark plug. In 2016, Honda implemented structural reinforcements to the cylinder head to address previous defects.
  • 3rd Series (2019–2023): This generation received a visual overhaul with a more modern "Adventure" look. Key updates included full LED lighting, a revised digital instrument cluster with consumption data, and the addition of ABS as a standard or optional feature depending on the market.
  • The "Sahara" Replacement (2024–Present): Launched in late 2023 for the 2024 model year, the XRE 300 Sahara is a complete redesign. It moved to a SOHC engine with a 6-speed transmission, featured a new chassis, and added modern amenities like a USB-C port and an emergency braking signal system.
Key Variants
Throughout these changes, the bike has typically been offered in three distinct aesthetic versions:
  • Standard: The base version with basic dual-sport features.
  • Rally: Features graphics inspired by Honda's racing team.
  • Adventure: Includes touring-focused additions like a larger windscreen and crash bars.
